Black Isle Need to Play Association is a charity which provides financial assistance for children and young people (aged betweem 0 and 19 years), with extra needs. The charity is here for the advancement of education and for the relief of poverty for those children who live on the Black Isle in Ross and Cromarty.

The Black Isle Virtual Learning Centre offers the opportunity to access all levels of learning in a friendly, relaxed and informal environment. Our facilities are situated in the Dolphin Room within the Black Isle Leisure Centre and the Open-Learning Room in Fortrose Academy, overlooking the picturesque Moray Firth. The Black Isle Virtual Learning Centre is open to all and welcomes visitors to call in and find out what’s on offer. Friendly Centre staff will be on hand to provide advice and information on all your learning requirements.
