Anne and Graham Law are pleased to welcome you to Eilean Dubh Restaurant. "Eilean Dubh" simply means "Black Isle" in Gaelic and that is what we want our menu's to reflect. We try to use as much locally produced and sourced meat, fish, seafood and vegetables as we can.
We also run a small farm where we produce our own lamb and grow many of our own vegetables and the rest we source from local farmers, fisherman and growers. The Black Isle has a wealth of wonderful ingredients and we want to use these to feed our hungry customers.
At this time of year, the venison and Wild Salmon are excellent and are sourced here on the Black Isle.
