Ferry open for business

The only ferry service from the Black Isle, travelling between Cromarty and Nigg. The Cromarty Rose is a 50 passenger and 2 car ferry.
Running from the end of May 2008 to the end of October including Sundays.
Operates from 8:00 am to 6:15 pm, and until 7:15 pm in July and August, Monday to Saturday, and from 9:00 am on Sundays.
The ferry leaves Cromarty on the hour and half-hour, and leaves Nigg at quarter to and quarter past the hour.
Prices:-
£7 for car & driver, £10 return
£3 per passenger, £4.50 return
£4 per cyclist, £5 return
£5 for motorbike and rider, £7 return
£14 per minibus, £20 return
Children under 16, half price.
Children under 5 are free
Evening cruises will be run on Wednesdays and Fridays in July and August. Duration will be one and a half hours leaving Cromarty at 19:30 and Nigg at 19:45. Refreshments available on board. These cruises must be pre-booked using the telephone numbers above. Price - £10 per person, half-price concessions.
Cruises at other times can be arranged for larger parties if required.
