Care home conversion takes step forward

PLANS to convert an empty Black Isle care home into luxury flats have moved forward with new proposals to demolish the conservatory at the front of the imposing building.

Builders William Gray Construction hope to create 11 two- and three-bedroom apartments at Marine House in Rosemarkie.
