Fleming Engineering Limited is a civil and structural engineering consultancy established in 2016. The consultancy operates throughout Scotland with offices in the Highlands and the central belt working on a wide range and size of projects. Fleming Engineering is an SER Approved Body, which employs SER Certifiers, chartered and experienced engineers, who have experience in both consultancy and contracting.
