On the shores of the Moray Firth and only 15 minutes scenic drive from Inverness Our beautiful garden has stunning views over the sea and a small beach lapped by the gentle waters of the Moray Firth is just enchanting. The windows in the sitting room have a spectacular outlook over the sea. French doors lead to a delightful courtyard, a wildlife pond and apple trees, the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or two on a summers evening. Our three double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms each with a bath and shower are luxurious and very special....wonderfully comfy beds, fine linen and bathrobes. Each bedroom has a large balcony with truly magnificent views over the sea and the hills towards Culloden. Breakfast is a highland feast with many delightful choices for you to enjoy at the table over looking the sea. Dolphins and seals are regular visitors to the waterfront at Water's Edge. Enjoy a wee dram in the sitting room on your arrival. We promise all a genuine warm welcome and Scottish hospitality at its very best ... peace, relaxation and warmth. Water's Edge is here for you to enjoy. We are striving very hard to continue our five-star rating with Visit Scotland which we had at our home Millwood House in Inverness before moving here in November 2006. We have been so very busy over the past few months changing many things in this lovely house and we are delighted with how it has all turned out. We had a few trials and and tribulations along the way, but all the hard work has been more than worth it. We feel that living here, even the city life can be fully enjoyed, the Kessock Bridge over the Moray Firth leading to Fortrose can be seen from the garden. Fortrose is an idyllic seaside village with a delightful small harbour, yacht club and Golf links course . We would love to welcome you here to stay with us and for you to share all the wonderful things about living here.... It is spectacular.
